I have been working with this company for 10 years. He built me a desktop to my specs and it was faster and less expensive than any big ticket computers I could have purchased. I have been using laptops for 7 years and so I have not had reason to contact him. I decided I wanted to upgrade my Win 8.1 Pro laptop to Win 10 Pro and was afraid to do myself as I heard horror stores. I made me an ISO file and brought it to him with the factory recovery DVDs to do a clean install of the Win 10. The DVDs would not load because my hard drive was failing. He installed a new 500GB Solid State drive and completed the upgrade using the ISO file I had created. I had my laptop back two days after I dropped it off. The upgrade to Win 10 was a flat $99 and I paid an addition $200 for the SS HDD. This guy does fantastic work and is very reasonable. I am so glad I brought my laptop to him because if I did not, I would have purchased a new one when the HDD failed.
