Dorian Artistry in Photography

I want to start by saying this studio did anything and everything to fix my portrait fiasco. Their customer service went above and beyond to remedy or situation. They handled it with respect and diligence.

My kids had their spring photos done by this studio. I have a 2nd grader and a kindergartner. This studio had not done or portraits before nor had we had spring photos (besides class) before this. My second graders envelope was received empty whole my kindergartners envelope was received 10 Days late and with only $8 enclosed. I did get the usual lecture about cash not being traceable and in the future to pay in check money order or online with visa, but after that they went above and beyond typical customer service practice. They took me at my honor and processed my second graders order and shipped it to me. Unfortunately my kindergartners photo wasn't even taken (the missing envelope that showed up 10 Days late, why? No one has answers to that or where the missing cash went) so they couldn't process an order for which they had no photo for. This was especially disconcerting because this is his kindergarten year so they change so much I was really looking forward to these. To remedy this they set me up to come in to the studio with him and have his portraits done there. Yes it was over an hour drive and completely inconvenient but really the only option at this point. In the end everything worked out and my kids photos are beautiful. Their customer service was outstanding and my issues were handled with diligence and respect. Kris, at the Spokane office was wonderful in getting my issue resolved quickly and effectively! I look forward to working with this studio in the future, although next time I'm passing online with my credit card! Thank you Dorian for treating me like a human being and not shoving me aside. You are a true definition of outstanding customer service!
