Auto Central

Purchased an RV from John at auto central. I paid cash. We went through a list of issues he would repair pre purchase. He agreed to delivery, set up, a few repairs, and clean waste tanks. When an agreement was final I gave him cash in full. He failed to follow through on any part of our agreement. Delivery date and time was set in stone by all parties involved, date came and went. Johns excuse; I got busy at auction and forgot. The men I hired to meet him at delivery did not forget they spent 7 hours waiting for him. 3 of us called his cell phone office phone LM, i personally called him at least 6 times on both phones. AT 4:00 we reached him he stated no later than 5:30. My men waited until 7:30. The RV Showed up after dark, the stranger dropped RV & keys said too late set up will return in morning. No one ever showed up .John has not called or returned calls. He failed to fix any of the agreed repairs. The worst offense was he left waste in the tanks, it took 2 weeks of daily hours to get waste to drain. He assured me 3 times that it would arrive with clean tanks. After we completed sale transaction he took important items out of trailer. I have pictures. In my opinion the man is a liar not just a mainstream liar but the type of human that believes everyone owes him and all his failures are due to consumers. He's evil , he hasn't found a way to keep your money and the vehicle without consequence yet but if he can he will in a second. I read the other reviews they had the same experience. I agree 100% with one review they're all stoned out of their minds. I thought I smelled a strong skunky smell in the office. I also experienced the take my money and 5 seconds later I was non existent. It's brutal ! I do find humor in the fact that I still have so much to learn about people. I really thought I'd seen it all as far as scammers go. If your bored and don't have any money he can take drop by and see if you can work him just for entertainment. Push him a bit his lies just get bigger. It would be some compensation if I could talk a few hundred persons into stopping by and wasting an hour of his time knowing your not buying anything. Let him get the fu effect. BTW all of his other victims I want you to know I wrote a complaint letter with facts, documents, pictures, and statements from others that had dealings and overheard some of my conversations with John. I have it on word in computer. Every time I'm a little bored and have a few minutes search for anyone or anywhere I can post copy of my complaint. I can copy and paste to majority review sites and complaint investigation sites. Better business bureau has the most power to put pressure on an unethical con than most and the complaint form on line is user friendly. California attorney general has great complaint form. Don't forget the DMV has a great investigating division, forms are simple, on line or in office. I'm not letting this go for a while. John will Be busy answering agency's inquires as my copy and paste letter is sent out as a daily project to the many regulatory, oversight, and consumer agencies. I urge anyone who has had the "WELCOME TO JOHNS UNDERWORLD"experience to do same. Write your complaint and save to word keep it on desktop. Any time you're just taking a little break type into your browser used car dealer oversight committees or consumer protection used vehicles pick out 1 or 2 and paste your complaint letter into the format, hit send and giggle.
