After multiple request to get boundary stakes put in on a $3,500 dollar survery the only thing I got was the four corners staked, afterwards I called again to get boundary stakes installed since they didn't do it on their initial survey and they presumed to charge me 250 dollars an hour to do the job that should of been done on the initial survey even though the state only requires they stake the 4 corners. Overall I would not recommend nor will I use Sartin and Associates for any furture surveying needs.
