They are always busy and you always have to wait. Thought ought to tell you that their customer service is good.They do what they say they will do, they back their work and honor their warranties with no issues.I had always thought of them as low rate or cheap glasses, but not at all - top brands, good pricing, great service and delivery is always ahead of schedule!I wish I had known them sooner.

I've been going here for about five years and always had good service. A couple of months ago went and got new glasses but they seemed not too fit very good so today I called and talked with a sweet lady and she told me to come right in and they will switch the frames out at no cost unless there is a difference in the price. Totally surprised me because I just thought I was out that money. I was so pleased I even got me sun glasses. Less that 2 1/2 hours and I had both glasses on a holiday weekend.
