        I just love this studio and I've been to others. The lights are so right with the wattage and a soft hue that's not over whelming. The tone has a definite pitch soften and muffled. Most of the time I can hear the instructors. Sometimes I ask the instructors to lower the volume. Ohhh, The A/C is contained with the registers not blowing directly on the students.

        So far my favorite instructor is Mark Harari. Every class that I've taking from him is very thorough with the right intervals. His timing is right on! It's always a nice warm up and warm down with lots of stretching when the body is hot. The only classes that I've taking with Mark is his boxing. It's oh so nice and very flowing.

        Kaycee boxing class is very flowing too. I've only taking one of her classes.
