Kitchen Remodeling
Steel is exposed on the Exterior and Interior and was kept its natural shade with a clear coat epoxy. The cabinetry in the kitchen is Mahogany with Granite countertops and backsplash. All appliances are high end stainless steel.
Bathroom Remodeling
Flooring
Upstairs are another 3 rooms, 2 baths and laundry. Behind the garage is a bonus room with steel stairway to the upper level First floor includes the Entry/Living/Guest suite/ Den / kitchen and Court. Structural concrete slabs were cast over the garage /bonus area. On the first floor the concrete was polished, stained and sealed. All finishes are satin nickel and the whole upstairs is laid in vertical grain dug fir flooring and custom wood doors in the same. 3 HVAC units, runs for future photovoltaic system on roof, central wiring for audio/ video / HDTV / Data.
Door Installation/Replacement
From all areas of the house one can see greenery through multiple sliding glass doors and windows. Some glass is sandblasted/obscured to allow for more privacy.
Drywalls
M1 Advertising Agency utilized an open plan design with private areas enclosed with glass. The design utilizes new material such as metal, glass, plastics and laminates, a glass row of offices, engineered with suspended metal frame ceilings and enclosed with glass walls and metal frame doors. A conference room, engineered with metal stud framing. A light shaft draw light from the skylights above into the conference room space with obscured 6 mil twin wall lexan [plastic sheeting]. Wrapping the entire structure. This room has two glass walls with views into the library area. The library is made with maple veneer, with a clear finish. Workstations are built from metal framing with a yellow painted drywall surfaces. Partition are capped with maple veneer shelving units. Used of brilliant colors brings this space to life.
Basement Remodeling
Framing
An elliptical, translucent cone-shaped office space, engineered with metal frame and wrapped in 6 mil twin wall lexan [plastic sheeting]. A square, tapered pyramid-shaped meeting room, constructed with wood post and wrapped in and out with clear douglas fir planks. Work station partition of metal flange framing with white laminate panels and maple countertops. Storage areas of red laminate European style cabinetry, with a glass display area. A library is a built from maple veneer and includes a custom metal sliding ladder. The Entry creates a sense of Wonderland, which draws one into the conference room. The space was built out within 4 to 5 months and all finishes and treatments are very clean and contemporary. This space is alive and fun to be in.

Onto the fireplace façade we placed a new plywood backing and then cut and placed log pieces on top to create a very unique rustic fireplace surround.

The swimming pool was completely refurbished and new high efficiency pool equipment was installed. A fire pit and outdoor BBQ area are surrounded by mature, lush landscaping.

This traditional Thurston Circle home was completely stripped and remodeled. The property features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms on an oversized 12,749 square-foot lot. A circular driveway and a grand, two-story entrance leads you into the open floor plan with high ceilings. New windows and doors were installed inside and out, as well as a new roof and electric panel.
Walkways
The huge island and double volume to the Gallery/walkways above, creates the central hub. Custom shaped and welded steel stairs and railings connect the multiple 3 leveled home.

Window Installation/Replacement
The openness of the arched rafter system allows the space to feel taller and is filled with light through new glass doors and windows.

Siding
Ipe Siding and smooth plaster finishes in white and grey, mixed with glass railing soften and break up the massing. Thus different textures, patters and colors highlight the exterior.

Masonry
Doors to the exterior were cut into the existing Masonry walls and framed in steel to allow for new steel doors for required fire escapes.
