This is one of the best banks I have ever met. Mr. Clements was very helpful. Very busy but he worked around and through voice we got the house we wanted with a very good closing cost $750 in 2012. If you are wanting to save on closing cost and the rate was great he gave us a 80% loan rate and turn around and gave us 10% rate and the average was lower than CUB bank. He is keeping the loan inhouse. I am very impressed with him. Plus he can do right on the spot approval up to $500,000 why has it taken me so long to meet this. If you live near Louisville, KY and want any kind of loan this is the bank.
