Cassady Auto Works

I was looking for a repair shop and Cassiday was mentioned, heard good and bad but I figured I would give them a try. I should have done the work myself like I did 40K miles ago, but I had just gotten a cast off my right wrist.
The thing that really pisses me off is that I called 2 times to speak with the owner, and give him a chance to discuss some issues and "make it right", he chose NOT to return my calls over 5 days.
Anyway, I am 63 on Social Security and spent Saturday fixing what was not right. I was charged over 700$ by Casaday. Plus I am out about another 100+$.
BTW....their Repair Order/work invoice states NOTHING about a workmanship/labor warranty period, and verbal guarantees AREN'T WORTH the paper they're NOT written on. So I guess the second your front tires hit Cannon your on your own. At least that was my experience.
