I just want to say this place is absolutely the most unorganized and unprofessional branch/Bank in GENERAL that I have ever dealt with. Not only did it take them entirely too long to not only approve our loan, but it took just as long to finalize everything to finally get our new vehicle. I understand not everything happens over night, but the amount of time and energy we spent chasing the BANK to find out what was going on with our loan is outrageous. The Loan Officer, Dana, kept promising to get back to us and with information and at every turn we were the ones trying to get in contact with her, which is quite difficult when you have multiple days off during the week, don't start till noon, yadda yadda yadda. It was quite frustrating. Not only that, but it was quire urgent we get this vehicle from the dealership as soon as possible as the vehicle we did have was not safe whatsoever. Not that THAT is their fault in any way, but let me tell you, the other banks we had gone through previously and through other dealerships got to us within hours to tell us our loan was approved and to start taking the next steps, explain to me why it took THIS BRANCH a week to get this going for us? Absolutely ridiculous. If anything, have another Loan Officer at your branch if you're going to be a lazy one who fails to keep in touch with the people trying to do business with you. I am completely turned off by this bank and their employees. Luckily, none of them have had to deal with me personally and have had the pleasure of dealing solely with my significant other and his father, otherwise they would have gotten quite the earful from me and it wouldn't have been nice to say the least. At least at Chase, when they say they're going to call you to let you know what's going on, they're true to their word. I can't wait until this is all over so I don't have to deal with these incompetent people any longer.
