Hops Haven

They have no system of who order what with their food. They have great pizza and other food. However you pay for a pizza and get someone else's order. They need to train their staff to give out numbers on the orders or at least take the name of the person who is ordering. I will not go back until they correct this problem. I'm tired of paying for a pizza and not getting what I ordered because they gave it to someone else. When I complaint to the bartender the answer is "I didn't take the order." That does not solve the problem. I was excited about having and drinking at a brew haus in Sheboygan, and I will not go back until I hear they have a new system of serving (numbers or names) so I can get what I paid for. Giving me a refund or having me wait another 30 minutes for a new pizza is not the answer.
