Choose anyone else! If you can't get Cox Communications then go with satellite. You will not only be very disappointed that you chose this company but the continuous frustration that you will experience, will be worse than you think. I pay just under $200 per month and I wouldn't be happy with them, if they were charging me half that. If they were any other market with even one competitor, they would have no customers. There's a reason Mr. Adams is only in the markets he's in. This is by far the worst communications provider in the market.
It is comical the lack of customer service this place has. I have had to deal with them for 5 years because they have the Monopoly on internet in my area. They have know about the lack of service, and do not care because it is as bad as it was 5 years ago. If you have any other options COX, DISH, DIRECT TV -- please save your self a huge headache.
First of all the customer service is horrible. My husband usually does all the troubleshooting at our house and always solves the problem.
We are normally without service for about 20 minutes a week on average and that's only noticeable times in the evenings after work. There's no telling bow much it goes out during the day.
Then there's the phone issue- they say to call their 24/7 phone number 800-937-1397, however it coincidently doesn't work.
So, there's my experience with Allegiance. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
