Riverpark Apartments

I HAVE LIVED HERE BEFORE BUT CANT REACH MIKE BY PHONE. WENT TO OFFICE HE WAS NOT THERE.FOR TWO MONTHS TRIED CONTACT HIM EVEN LEFT NOTE TO CALL ME. NO RESPONCE........NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS

The newer apartments r very nice (granite countertops, full baths). They r a little small, but great price. If u r thinking about calling: u must have a low income. Income will depend on number of people in household and rent is not BASED on income, it's the same for everyone, you just can't rent here if u make too much money. Overall, GREAT place to live, very convenient location, nice neighbors (in new apartments). I do NOT suggest the older ones-they're very "run-down."
