Five Oaks Tire & Service, Inc.

I'm from La. and was on a short vacation when we were in the Smokey Mountains, I started hearing a flapping noise on the left rear tire, pulled into a spot to where I could examine the tire and found it to be cupped, went on with our drive through the mountains and got back to the hotel and started researching where I could get the same tires that I currently had on the car, it's a 2014 Kia Sorento and with 87,943 miles on these tires, it was time to change. Found Five Oaks right down the road from us and went there and talked to them about the tires and he told me he could have them there at about 4 pm that day, ordered them and next morning about 7 am went there and had them put on and balanced. I couldn't have been happier with the purchase and the service, I would put this place as a trusted business as you may know, when out of state people need help, sometimes they get the help with but with a hefty price tag, These guys go beyond and do the work right and you WILL NOT have to worry about getting stuck. So to you my friends at Five Oaks Tire, I say GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU.

Be very careful if you have wheels you care about serviced here. They marred my AMG wheels in three different places, and I didnt realize it until home. Impossible to prove now, other than the fact all three other wheels are pristine. Came in for a simple patch, and left with a marred wheel with no valve cap. Don't make my mistake.

The folks at Five Oaks were a huge help when we were in Tennessee on a recent trip and had a tire problem. We were back on our way quickly. When i had a small problem subsequently, Manager Michael Loy was extremely understanding and solved it to my satisfaction. First class outfit. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I have had to use them 4 times in the last month and I can see the reason for some of the good reviews and also for the bad reviews. They took good care of me, the only problem was they didn't have my tires ready when they told me to return on Monday, they sold me another set they promised would fit and as they pulled out the car the tires rubbed. BUT they did make it right by giving me the better tires at the same price and thus the reason for the 4 star. My brakes and my husbands breaks have been fine since having them placed. I will use them again. On a side note since I was there so much I got to use the restroom a few times and although it is around the side of the building it was spotless inside, Hopefully it is a sign of how they run their business.

I came here to get my brakes changed. They got me in and out in about 30 minutes. they didn't try to talk me into new rotors or new drum brakes. They cleaned the drum brakes and replaced the front brake pads and rotated the rotors and didn't even charge me the $40 for cleaning the drum brakes. The back ones are still making noise sometimes and a few weeks later I took it back over there to get it checked...I had to wait a little longer this time but they checked it and it was fine, it was just the brake light was out.; They didn't even charge me to change the light. Thanks so much for the good service.

I had a brake job done here and within three weeks my brake warning light came on whenever it rained... I went back to ask them to check it, but they gave me the run-around for over four hours and I finally just left. I will never use this company again, and I would strongly suggest you avoid them if you expect any kind of follow-up service on their work... the manager has a very short fuse, and explodes verbally quite quickly.
