I've been a frequent client
of Lisa Cleaners in Severn,
Maryland, since about 2006.<
After several attempts to
find someone who does a better job
all around, I have determined
that Lisa is by far the most
competent, competitive,
and caring dry
cleaner in the Columbia,
Severn, Hanover, Odenton
areas. They are also the most
reliable-they finish
their work on time,
every time! And their work is
perfect, or they do it
again. No questions, no arguments.

Lisa recently "went Green" when
they replaced their older dry
cleaning machine with a
new Organic Dry Cleaning
machine.

No one in the area cares more
about their customers
than Lisa's. Oh, and their
alterations are great too!

If you're not going to Lisa's you
are not getting the best service.

I was a customer of Lisa’s since about 2009 when I worked for a contracting company near Fort Meade. Last year I lost my job and didn’t have the money to pick up my order from Lisa’s. After being unemployed for 8 months I got a job offer and needed my clothes for an interview. I went to Lisa’s and asked if she still had my order and to see if I could pick up just one suit from my order for the interview. Lisa listened to my story and gave me my entire order for free. The total was over $40. She wished me luck with the interview and didn’t charge for my order. I got the job and now I am back for her great service.

I've used many dry cleaners all over the US and abroad. I now live near Ft. Meade and have tried several cleaners in the area. Lisa Cleaners is by far the best-always clean and neat. Some stains are impossible to remove, but Lisa's tries their best. Never had any problems with buttons or fasteners. Cleaning and pressing are always perfect. I wear suits and dress shirts for work and am very particular about my appearance. I have never been disappointed in Lisa's attention to detail. Lisa has, on many occasions, replaced broken or cracked buttons without me asking her to do so.I've read the other posts to this site and can say that dry cleaning does NOT damage cotton. Water washing damages cotton. I've always been satisfied with Lisa's customer service and support. I highly recommend this dry cleaners.

Lisa's Cleaners is by far the most professional and customer oriented dry cleaner in the business. Their attention to detail far surpasses everyone else out there. Their store hours fit my busy schedule and they are willing to stay open late if I'm stuck in traffic on 295. Their new organic dry cleaning machine is just the right fit for my expensive dresses and sweaters. Thank you Lisa's.

They shrunk my dry cleaned shirts and pants. Good quality shirts and pants! And when we tried to get a reimbursement and financial compensation for their mistakes the manager/owner Lisa was so rude and non-negotiable. We are filing a complaint to the BBB and hopefully can seek some sort of reimbursement. Please DO NOT bring your clothes here. They will ruin them.
