Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with this dealership, untrustworthy, unprofessional , uninformed, unfriendly! I bought a bike that was missing parts and an oil leak , it was supposedly a brand new unit , The salesmen knew nothing about the unit , I never received all documents that the manufacture includes with the unit , The dealer has never offered to replace the parts missing and actually suggested for me to bring the bike back up to fix the oil leak ( I live three hours away from the dealership ) yea that’s great customer service! Yea right ! They should have never sold a bike with an oil leak and missing parts, hey suggestion! Go and get the bike or find someone local for them to take it too!! buyer beware!! Enter at your own risk , and good luck !

I can not say for sure about everyone’s experience with them. Mine was not so great, however. The salesman talked me in to buying a used sea doo, they had taken in on trade. He told me , they had gone completely through the machine, servicing everything and that it was ready for a summer of fun. I took it to the lake that weekend and road it . It had about 90 hrs on it. As soon as I took it to the lake a second time, I got a maintenance warning. I called them about it. Apparently at 100 hrs , the super chargers have to be rebuilt. They did not tell me this. So basically, I spent $6500 on a machine and have to drop another grand on a scheduled rebuild, after riding for only 10hrs. I feel they should have disclosed the needed rebuild, at the time I was purchasing it. It’s just my opinion, you should judge for yourself. I personally will not be back , nor will anyone I know.

Everyone at Performance Powersports was phenomenal to work with. I was screwed over by another dealership and PP worked with me to make sure that I got the bike I wanted at a great price. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by multiple people and taken to inspect the bike I was interested in. Brian and Grant, the sales reps I worked with, gave me a knowledgable rundown of the bike and set me up for a test drive. The owner, Kurt, knew that I had a long ride home and took the time to print out a safe and scenic route for me to take. The administrative staff were lovely and made filling out the paperwork a breeze.

Unfortunately, I mistakenly left the parking lights on while I was filling out the paperwork and the battery died. Kevin and his service crew quickly charged the battery so I could leave the lot. However, the team at PP went above and beyond even that. 45 minutes after I left the lot, the battery died again because I hadn't let it charge up enough. They graciously sent out a service truck to charge the battery for me again! That is service that you just don't find anymore and I cannot express how grateful I am.

This dealership is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I cannot recommend them enough. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to work with. If you are at all interested in purchasing a performance vehicle, I would head straight for their lot.

Performance Powersports has an awesome staff that knows their products inside and out and makes sure the customer comes first!
