I had my first collision ever in 18 years of driving when I hit a deer while driving my less than one year old Honda Accord. Obviously, I was frustrated for damaging a new vehicle as I thought it will never be the same again and I am about to embark on the journey full of hassle by dealing with repairs, insurances, etc. Well, I am glad to say that I was proven wrong. The collision happened closed to the J.B. Collision shop and I stopped by to inquire about the repairs. The co-owner John was very polite and assured me that they will take care of everything and I really don't need to worry – and they did. John has arranged inspection with my car insurance on his site. He was very thorough and worked together with the inspector to identify everything that had to be fixed. He ordered all the genuine parts. On the day I left my vehicle in the garage, John drove me to the rental facility and arranged a rental car for me. The repair work was completed on the promised date and within the budget set following the inspection. The vehicle was fixed, painted, cleaned inside and out, and looked just like it came right from the dealership on the day I bought it. I was very excited – there is no a hint left that it ever was involved in the collision. This experience was so positive and so rare that I really wanted to share this review. I would only add that when I mentioned to my colleagues at work where I did the repairs – everyone new about this place and everyone told me that they do a high quality job – and I totally agree.

This was the single worst exprience I have ever had with any business. They did not properly take care of my car. My car was gone thru even areas that had nothing to do with the repair and should not have been touched. Many things were missing from my car when I got it back. Also they did not do the work that they were suppose to. We had to take the car back three times to get the A/C fixed (it was messed up in the wreck) they still have not completed all of the work they were suppose to. Even though quoted my insurance company for the work they tell me its not work they are responsible for. (even though they are suppose to fix everything messed up in the wreck) I would not take my car there unless you want it miss treated and to be stole from
