Very unbending. Had wrong insurance information coming up in the computer and unwilling to help in any way to correct it. Suggested I call the insurance company to correct what is in their computer. Almost rude. Every time you talk with someone you get a different story with a different person. Wrong people for customer service.

what a waste of time trying to get a hold of this place over two weeks and still no call back how is this possible i'm a man on oxygen and can,t get my tank refilled and the ad part is when they dropped off the last tank it was only half full how can you trust a company that won't return calls after two weeks i need to talk to my DR: and go with a different oxygen company because lincare suck and only care about getting paid
