Tim was our tech; that treated our home in Cibolo, this week for wasps and a severe ant infestation. Tim was VERY thorough and knowledgeable. We are VERY pleased and plan on being a customer, for a long time! Thank you and thank you Tim!!!

Had an ant problem that was annoying to deal with. When the technician Casey came out the first time he said he would solve it. And he did! I wish we have used these guys sooner. All the other problems went away too. Thanks guys!

We had some bedbugs. How we contacted them we still don't know but Romney came out within a few days and took care of them. We actually had 3 quotes. Two other companies were over $1000! We saved a few hundred bucks with this company and did not have a problem after about 4 days. Now we have regular visits and the bed bugs have not been back.

We have had this company for at least 4 years. Rarely have any bug problems. If we do, they come out quickly and do not charge us for the visit. They found termites in the yard and let us know right away about them. I feel confident knowing they are treating my home correctly. Once they missed an some ant mounds but it was raining so it was not a big deal. Good to go if you want to check them out.

I was a client with this company for over a year. I have two children under 3, and when I informed this company that I had scorpions in my home, they were incapable of scheduling an appointment sooner than a week. This is unacceptable considering how dangerous scorpions can be for children of that age. I will be changing my service to a company that is capable of handling a high volume of clients and that respects a customer’s needs. Do yourself a favor, go with ORKIN.
