East Coast Wings & Grill

We have been there numerous times trying to give this restaurant multiple chances to redeem themselves. We really wanted them to be a great little neighborhood wing place. Not once have we had good or even decent service. Once, my wife and I were there waiting for a server to come by and take our drink orders. Twenty minutes went by, and I went to find the manager who was just sitting at a table in the bar area with a couple of servers watching tv. When I approached the table telling them about how we haven't had anyone come by and that it's been 20 minutes. He just got up and walked to the kitchen...without responding to me at all. This was just one instance...



Every time we go there, the service is horrible. It is particularly bad in the evenings overall, but the main problem during the day is the sheer lack of management. The tables are not bussed until that particular table is needed by new guests. Someone else wrote a review on here saying that some of the lights are burnt out...they were exactly right, there is a lack of general maintenance.



For the love of God, never eat in the bar area. You can smell the bathrooms at all times, and if you get the bartender as your server...just leave. Your service goes from slow to non-existant, not because he's busy mixing drinks or pouring beer, nope. It's because he gets too chatty with the people sitting at the actual bar to worry about the few tables in his section to refill drinks or get food orders before they get cold.



I haven't even gotten to the food yet...their food COULD be good, but the lack of care flows from the dining room to the kitchen where it just gets worse. The quality of their food is awful if not inedible at times.
