        Overall

        We bought a 2011 Keystone RV last month from Crestview. I found the travel trailer on their website. Every aspect of the purchase was great, sales, business and parts. They sent us extra pictures about a feature we were looking for. They accommodated my schedule and I drove down from Dallas. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used RV.

        Highest recommendation for intergity and customer support. President/GM Steve Spearing has surrounded himself with professionals who know their business. We've bought several RVs in the past but have never experienced the outstanding customer service that we enjoyed during our recent 5th wheel purchase. Thank you, Steve. Please pass on our appreciation to TJ, Adam, David and Jaime who treated us like family. All dealerships should be run like this one. Ken and Pam

        I have a class A diesel RV which I purchased at this Crestview location. I spent a considerable amount of money at this location having upgrades installed. I had a KVH in-motion satellite dish installed by Crestview. I constantly had to check the "switch" on this unit and finally after sever disastrous attempts by Crestview to fix the unit it has been left inoperative by their staff. I was so mad that after several weeks they had my coach and had left the dish not even working when I came to pick it up, they did not charge me even for work that they did not botch. I personally do not believe they should be certified to work on any KVH equipment as they do not understand it at all.
