Appointment for annual check up on washer and dryer. 1st appointment waiting 8a-5p called 3:30 p and Sears cancelled d/t snow. 2nd appointment, no show. 3rd appointment he came, after he was finished, I noted multiple dents to the dryer, one big one over the control panel. To boot he pulled the dryer duct hose out and we had no idea and made a huge mess. And now the dryer shuts off and an error comes on and clothes are not drying d/t holes in the aluminum dryer vent hose!!! Three appointments later for a claims, first 2 no shows, photos taken. ALL this atop I just renewed my warranties w/ Sears for $1,ooo.oo, color me frustrated and cancelling this contract for repair/service!

Excellent response by the technician; polite; professional and efficient. Have been with Sears, Sears Products and Sears Maintenance Policies for decades. Am always more than satisfied. Highly recommend Sears.
