this place was the most unprofessional, rude nasty, and disrespectful business i have ever been in.
they treated both me and my dog like garbage.
they told me he has cancer when it turns out he didn't.
dr cavallo literally started yelling at me for asking too many questions about my very sick dog and told me she "doesn't tell owners more than they need to know" and "when i go to the mechanic do i make them explain what the pistons do too?" to which i responded YES! if your telling me we are up to $2000.00 and we still don't have any answers you absolutely better explain yourself to me.
i will never be back here and i encourage other people to rethink bringing their pets here as you don't know if your getting all the information you need to make an informed decision
Waited almost 10 minutes but they were very courteous and helpful.
They don't try to push unnecessary shenanigans on you, except front line for tick prevention, but that makes sense.
Got my dog neutered here. Less than a week later he was back on his feet running around and chasing squirrels.
