        Overall

        Sales reps are poorly trained and/or informed about products and services. Bought a dishwasher, and the rep clearly told us that installation would be included. It was not, and didn't find out until it was delivered. After multiple calls with the store and the Geek Squad, they never budged and insisted that we would have to pay $250 for any installation. So beware of what amounts to false advertising with their employees, and poor customer satisfaction.
