Absolute Towing & Recovery by Jim's Towing

Worst experience Ive ever had with a tow truck operator(Tristan Elliott).We had a major issue with one of the local shops who caught our truck on fire melting the wire loom and scorched other parts of the engine bay including the fire blanket under the hood, while they were supposed to be fixing the fuel system and didnt report it and also stripped the oil drain plug and once again didnt report it.We then called the shop and complained and they said they would send Jims towing up to pick it up since we couldnt safely drive it to their shop.The tow truck guy pulls in and immediatly starts in trying to defend the shop who messed it up.He knew way too much about the situation as if he had worked on it.When I describe what was found he cops an attitude telling me not to "give him Fing lip" or he will drive away.At this point I told him hook it up and go because I was done dealing with his messd up attitude.I would never do business with this outfit again or the shop who ruined our truck .
