where do you have my stuff in SECAUCUS???
I know you storage my stuff, but still you dont deliver and investigating!!

I ordered two items from eBay, same date & time. (7/3/15) One item was located in Illinois & the other, my state, NJ. As I check on the status of my packages, through their tracking number, I see my package from Illinois is moving. However, my package from Jersey has been sitting in Secaucus for a few days now. (7/10/15) I feel as though I could have walked to the seller myself and received my package sooner. :/

I'm very irritated!!! I ordered a package Monday from a seller on eBay who lives 4 hours from me (upstate NY I live in Corona Queens NY) my package has been sitting since Wednesday no tracking has been updated & my package is a birthday gift for a friend tomorrow! I don't understand how my package went from upstate to a whole other state why completely pass MY house & have the nerve to LEAVE my package untouched for a whole 2 days?? This is bulls****. I see why you have such poor reviews.

Never received my package...called the post office to file a complaint for this particular location. Was suppose to receive my package by Dec 16 2014 and still hasn't received it. They never updated my tracking info and now I have to wait weeks for a refund. This was a Christmas gift for my child that he wanted most and now he won't receive it

I swear these people stole my package. Someone's gonna be held accountable for this whether I'm refunded or my items are replaced and shipped through A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE! best advised not to do business here

Awful post office in Secaucus, NJ 07094 no sense of professionalism, my package was due Dec. 1st and now its Dec. 3rd and still no package what are their supervisors doing. They make a poor excuse for a post office look good people our tax dollars hard at work (Not)!

Package is over a week behind expected delivery, no new information after it departed from SECAUCUS, NJ 07094 over a week ago, did they steal my package or something?

They are ultimately so slow with a ton of delays. Who manages this place

Had same problem with the rude supervisor but i got ahold of our local post office and they helped me and with the tracking number they were able to determine that it had actually left the Secaucus post office and was on its way through mariland. My advice would be to contact your local usps carrier because im sure they are %100 nicer than that supervisor.

Product still has not arrived well after the estimated delivery date, and there has been no updates on my tracking number!

I live in Tennessee and ordered a phone case off eBay and my package says it at this post office since 04/12/14 and today is 04/15/14 so I asked to speak to a manger to see if they could help me he starts to tell me that my package may be at ups fedex or someone other shipping company so I interupe him and was like I have a USPS tracking number and he's like ma'am if you would shut up and let me finsh what I was saying them he proceeded to tell me that the tracking number is for my local post office to track my package I have never heard of no such in my life as long as I have been receiving packages........ There is rude people there and I will be calling back tomorrow........ Cause I don't appreciate how I was talked too

I've had 3 packages sitting at your Post Office for 3 days now, you people are the slowest post office in the world.
