        I could not agree more. I was severely overcharged for a simple repair. If you are a Snowbird, don't make the mistake of going to Alan Jay!!!

        Horrible

        The staff were very cold and uncaring. Waited hours in the waiting room for a simple repair then had to come back the next day because the job wasn't done correctly. Will never go back!
