"You have to keep in mind that if the business is dead, then staying open that extra 15 or 20 minutes is pointless and a waste of money. They have to pay the employees for that extra time, plus the electricity it costs to continue to run everything. And while the employess may have still been inside, once the ice cream machines are turned off, you cant make another ice cream cone. As for the way they treated you, I have been there many times, and I cant imagine any of the workers there saying something such as that to an potential customer."
