Nice business, recommended.

Without warning, one unit was cancelled on arrival. Very poor customer service and no after hours assistance. Slow service to return calls. Do not recommend their management at all

I just wanted to give a Huge compliment to the staff at Chateau Timberline!! They were absolutely wonderful , as well as our accommodations. We will definitely be returning. Thanks to them again!!

Photos didn't do it justice. Coming from Texas, the trees around the house were awesome. Hot tub a treat under their canopy. Enjoyed breakfast on the deck. House was much larger than our needs--just used the upstairs. Would be good for two families. House was very clean and well appointed. Spent most of our days in Mr. Rainier Park--close and convenient. No negatives at all about this experience.

We loved the property, it was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. It had everything we needed. We loved the kitchen, the location, the size of the rooms, the hot tub, the visiting elk, everything. We will be back!

I really meant to email them right after our stay but got real busy with Christmas and all, then promptly forgot until now. I wanted to thank them very much for their fabulous accommodations. My family and I had such a wonderful time. Their properties are certainly a keeper. We will most likely be staying again if they will have us back. We have even shared their information with others who have expressed an interest after hearing our details of the weekend.

Our family has stayed with this company every year for almost a decade. They have been courtesy, helpful and every house has been great. We especially liked our stay in Seattle. The sales person did a great job in explaining the place. The housekeeper was very pleasant. We did see them evict some renters from a house next door when we complained that the group was partying late at night. We were very thankful that the Sunspots managers were not adverse to risking unhappy guests when those guests were so obnoxious. I don't think you could find a more courtesous bunch of people. They are highly recommended.

Do not rent anything from this company. They are completely dishonest. I rented a house from them in Washington and they refused to give me my deposit back. They stated that I had "10 extra people" in the house. This was a total lie. The only people in the house or on the property at any time were the ones that were listed on the rental agreement. After about ten letters, signed affidavits and continued refusals to refund the deposit, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office. They refused to respond to either agency. Imagine my surprise when, a couple of months later, I received a partial refund from the Attorney General's office. They took action against them. While I only got less than half back, I felt totally vindicated and was happy that there is justice in the world after all. Stay as far away from this company as possible. Even though the Attorney General went after them once, I doubt that they grew some integrity as a result.
