The service can be spotty, especially in the bar. The beers are pretty good, but like many NW micros, have a slightly soapy after-taste. The sandwiches, especially the roast beef and the turkey, are good values. These family-friendly sports-themed restaurants are a growing concern, but they do need to work on that service problem. Despite what some say, this is NOT a place to just go and get swacked...that's what taverns are for.
