Quality Auto Glass

In November I purchased an AmazonLocal coupon for paint sealant services and basically forgot about it. Consequently, I waited to make an appointment with Pacific Auto very close to the expiration date and expected them to be overwhelmed with last minute procrastinators like myself. To my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the same day I called and was treated with courteous professionalism and great service. Matthew, the technician who serviced my car was able to complete the process in less than an hour. Our black car's exterior was coated with a high-end paint sealant and hasn't looked this good since the day we purchased it. It looks better than the hand detailing service I paid for a year ago. I will definitely go back to Pacific Auto on a regular basis and highly recommend them to anyone looking to prolong the life of their vehicle's paint surface.

I called and tried to get a windshield by the same manufactuer BMW uses. Quality Auto Glass's supplier didn't have any in stock. So he tried to insist that I purchase another brand than the one that was on my BMW for approx $200.00 more than the one I requested. I said I wasn't in any hurry and I could wait until one came came in. But he continued to argue that the one in stock was "better" than the one I wanted. I said the other one was good enough and I could wait. So ended up hanging up on me. .

I had my windshield replaced at Quality Auto Glass and was very impressed. They pay attention to detail and have the experience and knowledge to make sure your glass repair is done right. They are a preferred provider for most insurance companies which makes fixing your windshield a convenient, inexpensive and pleasant experience.

I was charged 69.99 for a combined chip and crack repair. Over the next couple days, one of the cracks grew two to three inches. I brought the car back in to have it fixed, they told me that cracks are unpredictable and can still branch off if a chip is “repaired”. Fine.During the second repair, Mike, who was owner, asked me to turn up the heat in my car so it would help prepare the windshield for the process. I did as he said, but as soon as one of the employees started working on the crack, it grew another few inches in front of my eyes. He yelled, “turn off the heat!” and I informed him that it was Mike who told me to have it on in the first place. Right off the bat, there was clearly a problem; either Mike or the other man didn’t know what they were doing.Mike was summoned and he immediately started to look panicked as soon as he saw the new sized crack. He tried to pass it off as just water getting blown out and how it was already that long before, but only he could tell. Now

We had a mishap with our windshield and Mike at Quality Auto Glass was the greatest! The work was done well, quickly, and inexpensively. I feel really happy about the service we received. These guys do good work and don't mind being friendly about it. Fast and flexible, too. My only regret is that I didn't write this review sooner!

After leaving my car to get a sunroof leak fixed, I realized I would be needing it early the next morning. These guys were so nice about the whole situation! They had only gotten half of the job fixed the previous day, but I needed my car regardless,, and I told them I would gladly pay for what they've already done. No dice. Mike told me that he was not comfortable with me paying him for an unfinished job. So, I drove away without spending a dime EVEN after they had already done half the job (worth $120!!!). It was more important to them that I had a thorough, 'quality' job done than getting paid. They've made me a customer for life!

July 2009I had just replaced my windshield (at a competitor's) two weeks prior to getting a brand new rock chip. I drove over to Novus on Aurora and found out they were closed. The guys at the store next to the old Novus told me to drive down the street to Quality Auto Glass. I am so glad they did! I drove in right before closing time. The waiting room was packed. Owner Mike Renstrom was on the phone, greeting customers and taking care of checking people out all at the same time. He was so friendly and courteous to every one. My rock chip was fixed immediately and Mike told me about their detailing services. I had some paint marks on my front and back bumpers that needed buffing out. He told me to drive it into the service bay and his tech would test it. The tech misunderstood and did a full buffing job getting the marks out. I told Mike I would be coming back for a detail job when I got ready to sell my Acura so he waived the $50 detailing fee! This is just a great littl

They did a great job and used a qulity windshield...I've had other windshields that literally cracked two weeks after getting it--took a rock and cracked. Not the one Quality used...(I drive a small car, so "catch" all the rocks....lierally, a month after buying the car, I got a crack!) I've been hit already, but no damage so far!Thanks! I will use again and recommend...

I had a great experience with Quality Auto Glass. They were fast, really nice and did great work, and resonably priced too. I would definitely say to use them for any Glass repaire.

Mike and his crew provided great friendly service. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and are even a preferred installer for my insurance company. The windshield looks great and I'd definitely use them again.

This is what service is supposed to be!!!!!! They did a great job, did it on time and came in a little below the quote. I was worried that my parking pass would be lost from my old windshield but there it was,,,,, that's one of the little things that says they pay attention. I reccomend these guys to everyone!
