You may not be into hearty Cuban sandwiches dripping with juice, but for my money, it's totally worth showing up just to patronize and experience a business establishment devoted solely to doing one thing well without letting it take over your life, and to trusting your customers to do all the advertising you'll ever need. Just be sure to bring cash and be prepared to fend for yourself in terms of parking and seating. This place is devoted to one type of very tasty food and not much else - including cutomer convenience. Oh - and make sure they are open. These folks actually give themselves a good well earned vacation every so often and just disappear for awhile.

The BEST Cuban sandwich I've ever had. I want to try other items on the menu but I just love the #2 so much I haven't had anything else yet. There is always a line out the door, but it moves quickly., it is definitely worth the 5 min wait. There is very little seating but many parks close by. Don't miss this great Seattle restaurant!
