Called this a.m. and they were here by 1:30 p.m. Fixed bathroom leaking sink and leaking drain. Explained everything need he did work and now everything works great. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

BEWARE...I have several properties and O'Neill Plumbing is going on the "DO NOT CALL" ever list. $644.88 to fix a leaking faucet. Seriously 2 hours of labor at $500.00 and an $88.00 faucet. And to top it off, no Guarantee for the work. I will never recommend this company to anyone I like.

Installed a new sink faucet and got the kitchen drain going quickly and with no mess. Also, gave us good tips on avoiding these problems in the future. O'Neill Plumbing did a great job for us...definitely recommend!!!

Should have requested an estimate in advance. Charged $900 to dig a hole and fix a leak. Didn't have the parts on the truck. Left on Friday and didn't come back until Tuesday. A phone call would have been nice.

They followed up with me when they said they would. It didn’t take long for the service technician to diagnosed our issues, and he gave me the options to remedy the problem in a way I could easily understand. The price was definitely fair especially when you take into consideration the experience and high level of customer service you get. Never once did I have doubts or feel like I was being oversold or swindled. I would definitely recommend O'Neill Plumbing to other residence of the Seattle area.

I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received from O’Neill Plumbing. From the initial phone call to the conclusion of the job, everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman they sent to my residence was on time and professional. He replaced my water heater, fixed my garbage disposal and told me about preemptive measures to make everything last longer. He also cleaned up after himself, which was a huge plus! I expected to be cleaning up after him becasue the last plumber I hired left a big mess in my home. It was refreshing to deal with professionals! I highly recommend this company.
