Fox got the job done!

Fox was able to send out someone to our home to fix a blocked kitchen sink the same day that we called. John P. was friendly and efficient. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly He did use a pipe cleaning liquid after unblocking the pipe. The liquid cleanser is pretty expensive. Interestingly, he told me that Fox doesn't sell that particular liquid to the public any more because it was too expensive, though he used it on our pipes anyway. All is all, a positive experience: problem fixed the same day we called. Nice work!

I called Fox plumbing to clear the drain of my laundry tub. After clearing the pipe it became obvious that the clog was a symptom of a larger problem. The service man was methodical and efficient in diagnosing the real trouble which was a broken sewer pipe due to tree roots and the age of the pipe. Even though the repair of the sewer pipe was more expensive than clearing a drain I think that the price of the service was fair. I would definitely call Fox Plumbing again in the future.

Showed up only two hours late, but on the day they said they would, which is pretty good for plumbers and most service people. They explained everything and did an honest day's work. I am pleased with the work and with the time the hot water heater installer took to explain everthing to my wife and me. Good job!

Good: The quick, friendly conscientious service. We called in the morning after discovering that we didn't have much hot water during our morning showers. They scheduled us before noon. Heath came out and did an assesment and came back within 1 hour with the water heater and everything he needed to do the installation. By early afternoon we had a brand new water heater and hot water!. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: None. Other: Heath Shockman was professional, friendly and easy to work with..

Good: I was impressed with response time. Two employees visited my home. The first was good but not great. The second, Adrian, was awesome. He saw a problem that needed a longer term fix than I was initiailly told. I felt well taken care of and that he was honest and knew what he was doing.. Bad: Again, both employees were good. But, the first employee who visited my home offered a solution that would have needed attention in a year or two versus Adrian who offered a more detailed and expensive solution that would have prevented a visit in the future.. Improvements: None.

Good: We had a clogged line to the septic tank. Mike showed up on time. It was one of our hottest days of the year and Mike went under our crawl space to check on the line (which was unreachable), so he dug out our septic tank in the heat of the day. We have an old tank which didn't have an in and out valve. He had to leave and get parts, but he didn't charge for travel time. He not only cleared the clog, he fixed it so we don't have to dig up the whole septic tank the next time.. Other: Mike was careful with our plants when he dug out the tank. He went the extra mile and gave me a drawing of the measurements of where the tank and the lids reside.The best customer service I have had for any contractor. I will use your company anytime. And the cost was way below than I expected..

I had a hole in my sink trap and my toilet had leaks. Chad was punctual, polite and put shoe covers on his shoes immediately. He calculated the cost of repairing the toilet from the 60's or installing a new one. I opted for the new one (he didn't pressure me at all), but they didn't have the exact model I wanted. He hopped in his van, drove back to the shop and brought me the desired model within 15 minutes! He installed the new toilet quickly- even tho the previous owners had done some funky retrofitting. He fixed the sink and it's better than it's ever been. Really good experience with Fox.

Clogged drain

Called about a non-draining shower drain. Investigation led to discovery of a split drain pipe from kichen. Cut through exterior wall to access clean-out. Snaked the drain and replaced the split section. Bada-bing. In and out in two hours. Used shoe covers and drop cloth and hauled away the debris. Timely, thourough, courteous service. Did not receive a call 20 minutes prior to arrival as dispatcher stated. Satisfied with their service.

The folks at Fox Plumbing were great to deal with- professional and ontime. The guy who did the estimate met the other bids we had and wanted the work. Jesse who did the work was here when promised, finished the work on time, explained what he did, and didn't ask me to sign off until he was done with the work and cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

I had a planned to change out a pedestal sink and faucet on my own, but realized as I got started that our old plumbing was going to be problematic. I called Fox Plumbing and asked how quickly they could come out to do the job. I thought tomorrow at best, and was shocked to hear that someone would be over in 2 - 3 hours. John P. showed up and saved the day! He changed out our old stops and swapped out our old sink & faucet for the new ones. We even noticed after all the work was done that the faucet had a scratch on it, John came back a couple of days later and switched it out for no extra charge! Great service and everyone I dealt with there is very professional and friendly.

Found the leak!

Their plumber, Will, was very energetic which was awesome since just a few minutes with a plumber can get expensive. I was very happy with the results and amazed at how well he cleaned up all of his work spaces. I'll definitely be calling Fox if I ever have another plumbing leak (hope not!).
