Overall
Not accommodating

My mother past away in August and my family's religion can't eat meat for 49 days. So for the 49 days, I only ate in places like Chinatown. All places in Chinatown except Fort St. George would subsitute the meat to tofu(in this case I asked if they could simply remove the meat). The waitress mockingly asked me why I would not eat meat. After explaining it to her she smiled and said "You came to the wrong restaurant." I was so SHOCKED and mortified by that response. I can't believe she said that. I was with 5 other friends that were already there and were already eating so I couldn't even leave. I ended up having a appetizer salad and leaving her a 1 cent tip.

This might be an isolated incident, but that is no excuse for a heartless comment like that. After 10 years of going to this restaurant, I have now blacklisted them and so have all my friends.
