Unbelievable! A very expensive steak house where the chef was not even close in correctly cooking our steaks! Three of us ordered medium rare (the menu specifically describes the inner meat color depending upon how your order it cooked) and what we received was one medium and two medium well!
The restaurant did offer to re-cook the steaks and one in our party did ask for another while the other medium well patron said he would eat it anyway (and eventually regretted it). DB did remove that steak from our bill.
Drinks were good as was the service. Valet had an attitude (don;t know why - we tip well).
For the money, I was expecting more. I don't plan on returning to DB - I will stick with Canlis, Mortons and El Gaucho.
