Completely unclear on customer service! I made an appointment 2 days ahead and when I got there they didn't have the filter for my oil change but they didn't tell me that until I asked and had waited for almost an hour. The filter for my car was on a truck headed over, which they said was 10 minutes away. Then they approached me about a fluid leak for someone else's car. They offered nothing but weak excuses. I left after an hour & 45 mins with nothing. They had 2 days to check their stock to see if they were ready to do the job. They had an hour and 45 minutes to try to make it right. They watched videos and phoned to reserve tee times for the weekend.

Great work every time! From oil changes to new tires, the guys here know exactly what they are doing and do it right the first time! Their work lasts and I'm a very happy customer.

I have used this shop many times for everything from simple tire repair to major engine work. Estimates are always accurate and the staff is polite and helpful. Most of all, they are honest. On several occasions, the work I thought I needed was not required resulting in a lower price less than the estimate. If you need auto repair, I recommend talking to the people at Courtesy Tire on Madison.

I went a few years back for tires…
I went a few years back for tires because I bought a used car with bald tires and I wanted the car to be safe. Then when other things (radiator, water pump, fan belt) have come up over the years, I just bring keep bringing my car back to courtesy. (Creature of habit) The thing is, if something works for me without stress or problems, I keep doing it things that way. And my car always gets repaired right at Courtesy Tire.
