I have taken my poodles to Cherie for many years and my pom before that. She does a beautiful job and is gentle with the dogs, as they are happy when they are with her. She has also boarded my dogs and gives them the run of her house (and bed). She also called me while I was on vacation just to check in and say all was well - I thought that was a nice touch. She gives me tips on dog care as she is very experienced with care, breeding, showing, etc. True dog lover, nice person.

wonderful shop

I've heard of fake reviews before but never thought I'd see them used against such a wonderful lady as Cheri ! She has been taking excellent care of my two dogs for six years.I've always received a smile and a hug upon arrival and my dogs are more than eager to run in the door.Each time I come in several other clients and their dogs/cats are also there checking in and I've never heard any unhappy reports.Her prices are less than a lot of other groomers,but that leaves room for a tip!Beautifully groomed,smell great for weeks,happy campers...what else is there?Keep it up,Cheri-we love you!!

My Dog Looks Great!

I've taken my dog to Cherie's for four years and have had the best grooming. I tried a few other places when Cheri was not available, and the job Cheri does was by far superior by comparison. And the cost much more reasonable.

I have been bringing my 2 golden doodles to cheri for more than 5yrs. now.I'm not good at keeping them brushed so cheri offered to give a monthly bath,brush-out,nail trim,ears and glands for a big discounted price.this keeps the dogs looking and smelling great and she doesn't have to spend all day trying to groom just my dogs.I love the way her shop is decorated and it always smells fabulous!she is the most knowledgable dog person i know and has helped me avoid some very costly vet bills,too.she has always been very nice to us and our dogs.we love her!!

Whatever you do don't go here!

This place is awful. The lady is rude and the shop is a mess and smells gross! All i had to do was walk in and what I saw and smelled and the way I was treated was all i needed to leave and never come back!

DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!

I took my cat for a grooming and NEVER, NEVER will go there again. My cat smell so bad and the grooming is so bad, no brush, even wet. I should have walked out inmediately after arriving.

Good Groomer

I have taken my dog to Cherie's Pet Styling Salon since I have had him, three years now. I have only taken him one time to another groomer, which did not turn out well. I use Cherie's every other week, so I have had lots of experiences with her services. I trust Cherie to take care of all of my dog's grooming needs, which are done well and my dog like's Cherie. Cherie has alerted me to potential health issues, so her expertise with animals is valuable.

THE BEST GROOMER IN SEATTLE

I tried other groomers before, but when I went to Cherie's because of bad experiences at all the other grooming salons in West Seattle, I knew that this was the place I would keep coming back to. Cherie has many long standing customers who can't talk any better about her. I always enjoy taking my dog there and she does an outstanding job. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a trustworthy groomer, a great experience, and a clean happy dog.

DO NOT GO HERE!

Cherie is crazy and shady. I took my small dog in for a 10 a.m. appt. I should have walked out immediately after arriving when I saw how dirty/disorganized the place was. She told me my dog would be ready in a couple of hours and that she would call me when she was finished. 3 hours and 15 mins. later, I call and leave a msg. asking to please call me with an estimated time of completion. 45 mins. later - now 4 hours after I dropped off my dog - I call again and Cherie informs me that she has not BEGUN to cut my dog. I told her I was coming to pick my dog back up. She said, ""Better bring cash"" and hung up on me. When I arrived, I told her I would pay for the bath she'd given my dog, but not the cut that hadn't happened. She said she would not give me my dog back until I paid her $50 cash and if I didn't like that, I could call the police. I called the police, waited for nearly an hour and then another customer called out to me from the shop that my dog was ""done."" I went back in and paid the $50 and took my dog. She was still wet, smelled terribly and was barely cut...all Cherie did was chop around her ears (awkwardly...they look ridiculous) and around her paws. As I was leaving, she was taunting me w/, ""Ha! You were too afraid to call the cops!"" And yelling that I was crazy and that karma would get me...as I shut the door I heard her yell, ""F#%@ you!""\r
