Terrible

I purchased a laptop at this Best Buy, but there were some severe customer service problems. It seems like the only computer store around. There is no Wal-Mart. Good Return Policy

Seems like these days many stores hassle you about a return. I'll give Best Buy credit they took back my return no questions asked. It's policies like this that keep me coming back.

I think I got an employee fired.

What is it about "NO" you don't understand?

If I could give negative stars in a review I would. Long story short - went to buy a computer, and was asked to buy an extended warranty. I said NO. Salesperson then asked again with more pressure - I said NO, I never buy them. Charged my credit card 4 times

The staff is untrained, stupid and uncareing.I tried to buy a software over the phone with my credit card.The moron who took my order said my card would not go thru.I ended up with 4 charges on my credit card. Calling the manager and complaining is useless,she could not care less.Had to hassle with the bank to get these fraudulent charges reversed.This is a Best Buythat should be avoided

Helpful, friendly staff - they need more help, however

I HATE GEEK SQUAD

I have never been into this place without having problems. You'd think i learned after the second time. My biggest problem is with Geek Squad.
