Not a big fan. In a pinch, I went to Babalouise for a cut and color (which normally takes about 2 hours). After five and a half hours getting this service done, I was unhappy with the result. I made an appointment for the following day with the same stylist for a 'fix.' The following day, I was there for 2 hours. I told my stylist that it still really wasn't what I had in mind. She INSISTED THAT I GO HOME WITH FOILS IN MY HAIR TO CHECK THEM MYSELF. I told her I was uncomfortable with that, but she still wanted me to go home with the foils to check them. What was I looking for? Blisters? Burns? Sorry people, that's what I paid you for. The receptionist agreed to check the foils for me. When she did, my hair still looked orange. The receptionist asked the stylist if she would like to make a third appointment for another 'fix.' She said no - that she wanted me to live with it for a while. So, it's not even the hair - which is more damaged than it has ever been and I walked out of there looking like a candy corn after seven and a half hours. That was pretty terrible service.
