        I had a payment arrangement to make a payment by electronic check. The day the payment was supposed to go through, it did not. I called 5-6 times no one could tell me that the automatic payment had failed. The 7th time I called they said after I called ATT, they said it did not go through. Went to the store, used the automated machine, no luck, tried to give a check to the clerk. The clerk handed it back. I am not contesting any fees here. Bill me for ending 2 phones before the contract is up. I wrote the CEO of ATT and no response. I have no other way to pay except for check. I had no time to pay as I was on a payment arrangement. My service was shut off 2 days later, as I took one of the main numbers to a different company. I have been with ATT for 7 years. I am done, please do not call as I am not accepting calls for this matter. I will make every effort possbile to make payments on any remaining balance.
