I've been a customer since 2005 when I purchased my house that has an oil furnace. I have yet to make &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;quot;friends&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;quot; with my furnace as it never resets quite right when I run out of oil - Rossoe, however is my furnace's best friend. The ol' girl starts right up for them! I am under contract and the trip to restart my furnace once I've ran her dry is covered. I also always have the same driver filling me up, which is nice since my house is tricky to find and on a dead end that isn't the most friendly to large trucks. The service contracts isn't &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;quot;fun&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;quot; but I'm always glad I have it when I need it - which is about once a year! They are also always quick to return my call and have a 24/7 answering service.
We've been using Rossoe Energy Services for the 18 years we've lived in our house. Called them originally because my parents had used them since the 1950s and they were one of the few companies I didn't hear my dad complaining about. They have been quite helpful when we have needed to replace our heating system and we have used them on a contract basis for all the maintenance needs for both our furnace and our air cleaner (thus keeping the dust and fuzz to a manageable level). They always show up on time and their service technicians seem friendly and knowledgeable. And more than once they have come to our rescue when called—solving whatever the problem was on the spot. Since they're the only heating company I've used I can't make any comparisons. But based on experience, I would rate Rossoe a solid choice for your home HVAC needs.
My mom has been trading at Salmon's Service Center in Greenwood for many years. She's 83 years young now and has no computer or she would be writing nice things about this group of men and women all the time I think. They've done everything from helping her choose a new (used) car, giving her rides home when they've had to keep her car for servicing, and they have always made her feel comfortable when she's needed to ask any questions about her car. I think she drives about 10 miles a week (maybe), so they chuckle when she worries about wearing out her tires. But they have always shown a great deal of respect and fairness in dealing with her. I appreciate all the great things she tells me about her experiences with this fine group of people. And the service on her car has always been exceptional. Thank you.
