This restaurant offers the service of real people. You won't be barraged by silly chain restaurant slogans or made to feel like you have to eat and get out. My food was delivered promptly, nice and hot, and very delicious. The overall attitude of the staff was relaxed and courteous. For a casual dining experience, I couldn't ask for more. The decor of the restaurant however, is bad; it definitely needs a makeover. It looks more like a cafe than a restaurant.
