I don't like spending money on things like heating and cooling, but I have been fortunate enough to find a company that I can trust in Rudy Cools when the time comes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of HVAC work done. In June 2010 I contacted Rudy Cools about installing an energy efficient HVAC system that met the guidelines for both the federal tax credits and the state rebate requirements. I also contacted Sears and Home Depot for estimates. Not only did Rudy Cools give me the best price but they did all of the research and filled out all of the necessary paperwork for me to get the credits and rebates. Their competitors not only weren't informed about these programs but they provided misinformation. When it came to the installation Michael and his partner provided exceptional service and informed me about everything they did. Their work passed Matthews code inspection on the first try! Since the installation our energy bills have dropped 30% to 50% on a monthly basis. Within two hours of the time I placed an emergancy call Michael was knocking at my front door - that included a 45 minute commute. He quickly assessed the problem, then he took me up into the attic to show me what had caused the problem. He also answered many questions I had in order to make my AC/Heating system more efficient and offered alternatives. He was prompt, honest, curteous and advised a system addition that was in my best interest as a homeowner and not necessarily in his best interest as a business man.
