Becau e the chef di carded thick woody tem and included only the thin tender one . Al o the leave ...more were tender and chopped o that each forkful wa manageable, not trailed by a long tring of tough leave . Aniello' know how to cook Rabe - which i time-con uming with the wa hing and tripping of the leave . ANIELLO"S i generou with lot of perfectly thin lice of 'elephant" garlic, which were not bitter raw. They were weet and nutty, having been teamed- auted with the Rabe. The au age al o wa generou , having been chopped into bite- ize piece . Finally, my portion had ju t enough " auce": the liquor from the marriage of Rabe juice, garlic, and ilky olive oil. Good pizza and friendly people. They tend to burn the cru t ometime o a k for light cru t. Alway willing to deliver and the turnover time i not too bad. Place of choice when I do not feel like going to downtown New Haven.
