Its the best place to go! I usually go in w/ an objective-not even knowing anything about how to achieve my objective-and come out w/ both the plan and the tools to get it done. For example, I wanted a privacy fence for my backyard. I went in just to ask questions. I had never even heard of a one man auger! Kelley asked me questions, a bunch of questions. I learned how to choose the materials for my fence, how to accurately calculate how much of what supplies I needed, etc. Most importantly, I learned that I would not spend weeks digging holes for posts! Kelley told me what order to do everything in and when to call her to get my "one man auger..." I had the posts dug in one afternoon! Myself! I laugh now! Since then, anytime I have a project, I know where to go... I don't even know the names of half the tools I've rented from Indy Rents... I just go in, describe what I want to do, Kelley tells me what I need, how to use it, and delivers it and picks it up. She even tells me where to go to buy the non-tool stuff and whose brain to pick for additional info. Its like her goal is helping me (and other people) achieve their goals. I've heard her problem-solve w/ & guide professional construction people. They're always impressed w/ her knowledge and creative problem solving ideas. Plus she has or will get whatever tool you need! Anyway, I would encourage ALL ladies to feel comfortable seeking her advice and challenge ANY man to trump it!
