My company was running low on paper and we had to print reports in the afternoon so I was in a need for some copy paper ASAP and decided to give these guys a call. Little did I know that my quick need for paper would lead me to the best place to get office supplies in the Bay Area. I called in and talked to Jeff who was as nice and helpful as can be in getting exactly what I wanted. The best part is that they gave me a better price than Office Depot or Staples had ever given me before. I had called in around 10 in the morning and around only an hour later my order had already arrived. After that great experience I decided to give them a call for my next round of office supplies and once again their prices were lower than Office Depot and Staples as my shipment arrived later in the day. This company was a gem of a find and helped me get rid of a lot of headaches from dealing with other companies and helped me save some money at the same time.
These guys are awesome! They were very helpful in getting me exactly what I needed at the lowest price. Being able to talk someone and feel like that I have a personal relationship with them was a lot better than being just a number for the big box stores. The best part about it was the SAME DAY SHIPPING! The bottom line is even though they're a small company, being directly here in San Francisco allowed me to get the best service and help support the local economy. I'll definitely be giving these guys a call next time I am in need of some supplies.
Wonderful. Their service is great. Not one rude or unprofessional person on their staff. Great customer service, great support, great products, speedy turn around time. I can't say enough what a wonderful office supply vendor they are. In a world where customer service really no longer exists this company surpasses all of my expectations. There is no way to be disappointed with this company. Just a bunch of great people. Whomever hired them did a great job.
