This repair shop is the most reliable facility that I have ever been to. The mechanics at this shop, seem to actually care about you and your families safety and needs when you go there. The are honest and upfront with you about what your car needs and how much it is going to cost you, and they give you a great estimate on how long your car is going to take to fix. I remember breaking down on my way to work and their tow truck service came and saved the day and took me to their repair shop. It was close to time that I had to be at Work, and the Owner offered me a lift to work since I couldnt drive my car. I expressed my concerns on how I wasnt sure how I would get back to get my car and He told me he would send someone from the shop to pick me back up from work. I thought he was joking at first because I had never had anyone offer their services like that to me, but he wasnt, and I was amazed at how WONDERFUL the customer service was and how they really made their customers day better just by the simple offer of a ride. Not many repair shops will take you to work and pick you up, just so you wont have to miss a day. I was so grateful for their extended services. They had my car ready to go by the time I got off work. I was so appreciative that I have started telling everyone about this repair facility. If you want good quality work done on your car and reliable people, this is the repair shop to go to.
First of all let me just say that I have been to a lot of Plato's Closets, and Asheville is by far my favorite! I have 2 teen girls and ever since our first trip there 2 months ago we barely ever go to the mall. I went online to read reviews just to see what other people think about the store, and sadly only people who were not able to sell their clothing are the only ones writing reviews about this wonderful store. As for my experience, my girls and I have brought things in before and the first few times they were not able to take anything. The girl who went through my items was sweet and professional when she explained why she could not buy anything. After asking questions about the process, they helped us learn what they do and what they look for. I am learning what they like and now they take most of my items when I come in. I also want to note that I have been in the store on a busy saturday and was so impressed by how they worked to keep the store up, go through bags and bags of clothing and still have great customer service! While I can sympathize with the people who feel that their items were unjustly passed on, I understand now that it is not an easy pert of their job, but that they have rules and guidelines to follow. They have a friendly staff and a store full of great stuff. I would tell anyone to go there!
What a find! They are a snall cafe and local art gallery in East West Asheville that serves breakfast and lunch. We each had a sandwich and a side. Mine the "The Michealangelo" was an Italian grinder that was just to big to finish. Piles of meat and veggies! Great combo of flavors. My friend had the "El Grecco" a turkey, spinach, feta, tomato and olive wrap pressed on a panini grill. I was not allowed to even have a bite as he said it was just "too good" . Our sides were homemade potato salad and Mom's cole slaw. Both just amazing. The service was very friendly and attentive. A very relaxed atomsphere as well. The gallery section is made up of all local artist and the prices are very reasonable. I even picked up a birthday gift and earrings for under $20. If you are in the area stop by you will not be dissappointed. I know we will be back. We will try breakfast next time. Which they serve all day.
