What can i say, i was amazed. this is the 3rd time i moved, and was petrified chosing a moving company, Both times i was very dissapointed as both those companies were highly rated by the BBB. My new apt manager gave me a discount coupon from this company - looked at it, and said to her, never heard of this company before. She said - the feed back she got from previous tenants were just positive once, and i thought what the hell, let me try. For the first time ever, i never experienced this before, i spoke to one of the owners. never experienced a owner help out in customer service when it gets busy. All i can say - just fantastic! It was explained to me from beginning to end how they operated, she was so delightful and i imediately felt connected to her, and sounded like someone i can trust for a change - i was sold. This company was so involved in everthing ragarding my move - something you would expect from someone like the BBB. They don't just listen to a complain - they told me from the start - if there is anything i do not like regarding my move, i should just call in immediately. Well. i did not have to do it - the morning of my move, exactly 8.55am the movers arrived, 9am i got a call from the owner that helped me throough the process - to asked if the movers were there. I could not bvelieve it. 2 hours into the move - i got a suprise visit and met her. Could not believe someone that look like her would be part of a moving business - but as the saying goes - don't judge a book by its cover. She came to check up if the movers were working fast enough - and if i was happy with the job so far. She also handed us a beautiful gift bag to welcome us into our new home and to say thank you for using their services. Wow wow wow - thats all i have to say. I have never ever experienced something like this in any service company i have used before, let alone a company in the moving industry. I got 10% discount on my move - and that was an added bonus to us. This is one company i would refer to anyone with out a blink of hesitation. This company is FANTASTIC!! I was told by a friend of mine how great they were, but after calling their office, i could understand what the fuss was all about. If i was not referred by my friend to them, i most probably would not have used them, and here's the reason why. As usual, i would normally check any company before using them on the BBB, so i checked, and they were not listed as a member. I asked my friend about it, and she said, to be a member of the better buisiness bureau does not mean thart you're good.. i then realized it, as i was dissapointed a few times going with the ratings of it. Well may i say, if all companies operate the way this company do, i don't have to waste my time searching for ratings with the BBB, From the moment i booked my move with them, i felt at ease like never before. Roz was just out standing! I questioned her why their co. were'nt a member of the BBB, and she took time to explain it to me. She even said that they are not a fan of the BBB. and if she can help it, hope they don't have to - but as she said, there are people like me that just go with a company because they have a high rating with the BBB. This woman is so well educated, that i could just listen to her!. I cannot say enough about her and M S P. I cannot believe that they are only in operation for the past 8 months! (by the way, that's one of the explanations she gave me for not being a member of the BBB, cause you have to be atleast a year in business before you can become a member!) My friend said that's exactly how she felt when she used them. She new Roz from a previous company she worked for, and there she used that company too because someone had referred her to Roz at the time. I can now understand why she referred me to this company, as they are so so lucky to have someone like Roz working for them. Thanx Roz, for everything you have done for me during my move. Professional & friendly international moving company in Los Angeles. I Love Movers are the best in business. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful they were. Every single person on the team worked hard, and they worked extremely well as a team. I wish we could have afforded to tip them more! That's what I was mostly concerned with - making sure they earn enough money for everything that they do. They packed everything so carefully and thoroughly, and never rushed, even though the move took longer than expected. I was blown away by their ability to disassemble my Ikea furniture. I thought it'd be near impossible, but the foreman knew exactly how to handle each piece, and took time to communicate to his team how to dismantle and pack the parts. They were able to take the furniture apart easily and without any damage. I hope that the movers on the other end are as good as these guys are! Again, I wish that we could have offered them more money as a tip. Please give them all a bonus. They're great guys, and dealt with a difficult situation (the broken elevator, the heat, things taking longer than they had planned) with ease and maintained a great attitude. Lots of people would have taken it out on us, or would have griped or complained, making us feel uncomfortable or guilty somehow. Not these guys - they were there to do the job and were committed to a high standard of work and professionalism. In addition, they were very personable, which made me and my family feel comfortable and at ease during the move. Great Company, Great people.
