When it opened, this quickly became my favorite restaurant in Doral. The service was friendly and professional and the message was that they wanted your business. Something happened after their initial success. The warmth and welcoming attitude of the staff is gone, and sometimes the server's attitude borders on rudeness. Last time I was there, about two weeks ago, an older gentleman who brought the food to our table was very assertive and kept interrupting the conversation until I finally had to ask him what else he needed so we could continue our conversation. I'm now back to Olivo's across the street. Hope the management of Divietto's retrains its staff back to the friendliness and professionalism they exhibited when they first opened. That's the only way to build a good customer base.
This is the real dea for Italian Food in Doral. Located in an unassuming Shopping Strip, the restaurant is very nicely appointed and the food is authentic. This is not a chain restaurant. It's Italiano!
The last time i went they did not have kids menus or crayons..they are right across from walmart, someone could have gone and get some crayons for the kids...my kid was so bored.
